The best time to buy real estate is yesterday, last month or last year. Why? Because past prices and interest rates are usually lower than they are today. You can’t go back in time so…  The sooner you buy real estate, the sooner you lock in all the goodness of the current market. Oh- and the sooner you start building that equity.
